◆ Shipping Fees
Domestic Shipping (Within Japan)
Free shipping throughout Japan. All prices displayed include shipping fees.
〇Consumption tax is included in all product prices (tax-inclusive).
〇If you order multiple items, your order may be shipped in two packages via Kuroneko Yu-Packet or by courier service.
〇You cannot select the shipping method; it will be chosen by our store.
If the package does not fit in your mailbox, a delivery notice may be left.
■ Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available for purchases of ¥3,000 or more (tax-inclusive).
COD handling fee (¥390) will be borne by the customer.
For orders under ¥3,000, an additional shipping fee of ¥660 will apply.
■ Convenience Store Payment Fee
Shipment will be made once payment is confirmed.
A handling fee of ¥190 per order will be charged to the customer.
■ Delivery Time
Orders will generally be shipped within 3 days of order confirmation (excluding pre-order items).
However, during holiday periods such as New Year's, shipping may take longer.
In case of shipping delays due to stock availability, we will notify you via email.
■ Changing the Delivery Address at the Time of Order
We accept shipments to addresses different from the billing address.
Please change the delivery address during the checkout process by specifying the new destination.
■ Please note that the shipment of products may be withheld in the following cases:
〇If payment for a previous order has not been completed (If payment is not made within one month, the order will be canceled).
〇If we cannot reach you (via phone or email) when confirming your order details.
International Shipping
■ Delivery
Orders will be delivered via DHL.
■ Date and Time Specification
We do not offer specified delivery dates or times for international shipments.
■ Important Shipping Information
〇Please ensure that the recipient’s name and address are written in English.
〇Orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes based on the laws of the destination country, and the local postal service may charge additional customs fees. Any customs fees or taxes incurred after shipment will be the responsibility of the recipient.
〇Once an order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address, order contents, or cancellations cannot be made. We can only ship to one destination per order.
〇If you place multiple orders to the same address, we will consolidate them into one shipment.
〇Shipping delays may occur due to the delivery region, traffic, weather conditions, or social circumstances.
〇If the package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal of receipt, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for resending the package.
