About Deep-Steamed Tea The deep-steaming method involves steaming the tea leaves all the way to the core, bringing out their rich nutrition and delicious flavor.The tea leaves are grown in plenty of sunlight and have become thick.By steaming them 3 to 4 times longer than regular sencha, the heat penetrates all the way to the core of the tea leaves, breaking down the tissue and resulting in a rich-flavored tea.
Point 01/The natural taste of tea leaves. The tea leaves are picked directly from the tea fields, steamed, picked, and dried without separating the stems or powder. Rich in catechins.
Point 02/Nothing added, nothing taken away. This tea is made without blending with tea from other tea seasons or regions, and without removing the stems or powdered tea. You can enjoy the original flavor of the tea leaves.

Recommended drinking method: HOT: Place 5g of tea leaves (approximately 1 tablespoon) in a teapot and pour in hot water at approximately 80°C. Let steep for approximately 30 seconds before drinking, depending on your preference.
