This hojicha (roasted green tea) uses tea leaves from Makinohara, Shizuoka, grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers during the cultivation period. The tea leaves are grown in soil enriched with organic fertilizers, then roasted to create a fragrant and clean-tasting finish.
